These General Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other general conditions and may be subject to modifications by the company LAZULI EYEWEAR.

The Internet user acknowledges having read these General Conditions of Sale prior to any order. The validation of any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Price

The prices are expressed in euros and are understood to include all taxes. Any change in the applicable statutory VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices of the items, as soon as it comes into force.

LAZULI EYEWEAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products already ordered will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of registration of each order. The products remain the full and entire property of the company LAZULI EYEWEAR until full receipt of the price of each order by the company LAZULI EYEWEAR.

You can order on the website www.lazulieyewear.fr

To order the desired items, enter their product sheet by clicking on their photo or reference, choose the desired quantity and click on "add to cart".

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

The LAZULI EYEWEAR company reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received. The products are accessible within the limits of available stocks.

Payment

Full payment must be made when ordering. The customer can pay for his order by credit card. The customer will indicate the number appearing on the front of his card, the expiry date of his card and the cryptogram appearing on the back of his card (3 digits). The communication by the customer of his bank card number constitutes authorization for LAZULI EYEWEAR to debit his account up to the amount of his order.

Purchases are made in a secure manner.

Delivery

The order is sent by registered mail, delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated on www.lazulieyewear.fr when ordering. If you are not present at the address indicated during the passage of the postman, your package will be waiting for you the next day, and for 10 days, at the post office closest to you. After this period, the package will be returned to LAZULI EYEWEAR and the costs of the new delivery will be borne by the customer. LAZULI EYEWEAR is not responsible for any delivery to the wrong address / person.

The average delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days for Metropolitan France.

A delivery flat rate of 8.90 euros will be requested for delivery outside mainland France; the time varies depending on the destination.

Return and withdrawal

The characteristics of the articles are presented on www.lazulieyewear.fr in each of the article sheets. The customer is fully informed that the photos and colors of the items for sale may, however, not quite correspond to the actual colors due to the effect of the internet browser and the screen used and the fact that the glasses are manufactured to the hand.

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days, provided for in articles L121-20 and according to the Consumer Code, from the date of delivery, to return it and obtain reimbursement of the sums already paid. The item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging, to the following address: 53 bis rue Boileau Paris 75016.

Items returned without their box, incomplete, spoiled, damaged, used or soiled, cannot be taken back.

The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt by LAZULI EYEWEAR. The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account. Items are returned at the risk and expense of the customer. Guarantee and after-sales service

LAZULI EYEWEAR sunglasses are guaranteed for one year. This warranty covers glasses with poor workmanship. A frame damaged or broken due to abnormal use or improper handling is not covered by the warranty and will be invoiced.

The shipping costs of sending the pair of sunglasses to the after-sales service are the responsibility of the customer. All frames must be returned in their case to ensure their protection during shipment.

Intellectual property

All the elements of the site www.lazulieyewear.fr are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company LAZULI EYEWEAR. No one is authorized to reproduce, use, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of LAZULI EYEWEAR.

Responsibility

The products offered comply with current French legislation. The responsibility of the company LAZULI EYEWEAR can not be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, LAZULI EYEWEAR cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.

Finally, LAZULI EYEWEAR cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breakdown in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
